THE shirt

Today we picked up the shirts for the Fun  Run/Bike/Walk for Finley that is coming up in just two short days.

I have been very excited to see these shirts.  As some of you know, we had a contest in the spring among the high school art students to design our shirt logo this year.


The winner would, of course, have their design printed on the shirt and on the posters around town and get a free shirt.

We had many, many entries and it was so hard to choose.  If you come to the event on Saturday, we will have the other entries hanging around the pavillion so you can see all of the talented students from Connellsville.

So - Mat and I chose the winner, and the posters and shirts were made.  You saw the design on a few blog shirts, but here is the shirt, modeled by Finley:

Pretty great, huh?  SO........if you WANT one, and come to the event, it can be yours for a donation of $25/person or $55/family (of three people of yours) - plus all the other wonderful things that we have to offer at the event.

And if you want to come just come for lunch, or just come to check out the baskets/jersey raffles, you can STILL get a shirt.  For $10, we will be happy to order you one.  They are REALLY cute and look just like our Finley.
