Today is Verterans day, as you all know. So that meant no school. The kids played outside today for awhile and played with friends. Finley practices piano and Arlington had tennis lessons. We did some more yard clean up, and I made some more bracelets to complete a few orders.
It was a very productive day.
Arlington and I have just finished the Harry Potter book series. 7 books in all, and it took us just a little over a year to read them all (we had a lot of interruptions and only able to read about 20 pages a night). She really enjoyed the series and we are both sad to see it end. This weekend we are having a movie marathon of all the movies because the 7th movie comes out on video this weekend. It is fun.
This weekend will be full of yard work and playdates, and fun with friends. We will also be doing more work for our RDH12 Fund and getting ready for the upcoming Holiday Bazaar on December 3rd. We will be updating the website as well - hopefully with more pictures.
Speaking of pictures, I wanted to share a picture of two beautiful girls in their braille shirts. Their mom is a dear friend of mine from childhood, and she ordered some shirts for her girls and so I wanted to share it with you.
They look great. Thank you, Beth, for sharing your beautiful girls and their braille shirts!
